We market all our properties on OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Trip Adviser, Safari Now.), our website and on social media platforms. We also employ lead generation tools in an attempt to take proactive measures to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Our real-time pricing system prices according to the market demands. It takes real-time data into account to give clients the best possible return both for occupancy and revenue.

Guest Relations & Concierge Services
We have a dedicated guest relations team that prioritises the elevation of all guest experiences. This often leads to prioritising positive reviews which leads to improved performances. Our property management division is the first point of contact for our clients. It is where we manage the operations of property including services such as laundry, cleaning, maintenance and finance. We provide our customers with a monthly report on the performance of the properties which includes revenue, occupancy and the latest ratings of the property.
